Until we have a working relationship with our body, we cannot be IN our bodies, we cannot be embodied persons.
Which means we cannot hear or respect it's cues.
Until we are done with deprivation (dieting) and deprivation mindset, we do not have choice about what we eat.
Nor, when we stop.
What I know from my studies and from my experiences, is that your body SIZE, has nearly nothing to do with your body's HEALTH.
There are so many variants that constitute our health status. We will dissect those areas for you personally.
I walk my clients through unique, tested, and tailored content to actually change your relationship to your body and therefore to food.
I arm you with information and guidance for your specific path to heal negative self talk and live IN your body. I use techniques to dissect current thoughts and then exercises to adopt what is true for you now.
I also teach nutrition so that you aren't confused by the onslaught from social media.
I weave self compassion exercises throughout so that you can truly live more peaceful and free.

If applicable, when you have cultivated a better food relationship, you can create a healthy 'food culture' in your home.
You can help your kids retain their innate intuitive eating skills. So they won't need me later!
There will be less stress, less battles, and hopefully more connection and joy.

I have spent the last several years dissecting and healing my own complicated relationship to my body and therefore food. Slowly waking up from the overculture's narrative that skinny means healthy and eating 'clean' means moral superiority. I now have autonomy, true choice, and more of the facts. And I want to share with everyone.
'About Me' actually: I have 3 kiddos (now 10,8,4) and a supportive husband. We live just outside of Columbus Ohio in a 100 year old farmhouse on a few acres. I love: Chocolate (okay all desserts), tea, hiking, alone time, and I'm not certain I have ever missed a meal...
